RETURN

You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from HERSSS. If 7 days have gone by since your received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept return of product unless you receive defective or wrong items).
The items must have all their labels and be in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item. A processing fee of RM9 (WM) & RM15 per Kg (EM)
Buyer are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
Item should only be returned via courier and tracking number must be provided.
All item colour may vary subject to studio lighting. There may be slight colour variation in actual item vs item image. Colour may appear darker or lighter and will not be considered defective.
Actual item measurement may vary from 1cm to 3cm in measurement subject to different material quality and measurement method and will not be considered defective.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate. All returns MUST be attached with the Purchase Invoice. Please contact HERSSS if Purchase Invoice is lost.
No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except if the item is Out of Stock in other size(s)/colour(s), buyer can choose to exchange for other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item.
Free size items is strictly not allowed return/exchange
We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

REFUND ( if applicable )

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed if your request is approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the amount may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the bank.
All defective items must be verified by HERSSS before processing for refund.

SALE ITEM ( if applicable )

Sale / promotion items are strictly non exchangeable/ returnable/ refundable.

DISCLAIMER

HERSSS reserves the right at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
In any case of dispute, HERSSS reserves the right of final decision.
